This is a Standard Freight-Line shipment – without a lift gate. This means that once the machine has arrived at the local freight terminal, you will be contacted by the freight company to set up an appointment for the delivery. You will need to meet the driver, unload and bring to desired location yourself.

On average, shipping times are about 4 to 5 business days. Weather and other uncontrollable circumstances can cause delay. Once the unit leaves our warehouse, we will forward you tracking information so you can proactively schedule your delivery.

This means that once the machine has arrived at the local freight terminal, you will be contacted by the freight company to set up an appointment for the delivery. The driver is required to get the machine under cover as long as there are no stairs to negotiate.

This is a First-Class shipment with delivery to any room in your house with a maximum of 21 stairs.

Once we have confirmation that this unit has shipped, we will email the tracking information so you can track the shipment. The shipping company will call in advance to schedule delivery.

Obvious Shipping Damage:  At the time of delivery, if you receive a product that has obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery and write “Refused Due To Damage,” on the delivery receipt. Then immediately call us at 1-800-884-8635 to have a replacement product shipped to you.

Concealed Damage: Occasionally, products are damaged in shipment in a way that is not noticed at the time of delivery. Please inspect your product immediately for shipping damage. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 1-800-884-8635 to report any damage.

If you do not contact us within the 48-hour timeframe, we (FJS Distributors) cannot be held liable for any damage to the product. You will need to file a claim with the shipping company. And, let’s be honest, that’s a hassle. Please inspect your product right away!

For all other returns, please read this carefully. In order to ensure we can continue to offer a fair return policy, we have a defined return process. If you have questions about it, just give us a call at 1-800-884-8635.

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

All returns must have a return authorization number. Please call 1-800-884-8635 to get one. SORRY, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

Customer will be responsible for 15% restocking fee and all transportation charges. These charges are nonrefundable.

Returned product must arrive at FJS warehouse in clean, brand-new condition, repackaged with same shipping material used by FJS in the original delivery, INCLUDING the replacement of packing bolts, box and pallet. If the product is not returned in this condition and manner, we reserve the right to deny a full refund of the purchase price, less restocking fee.
